Return and Exchange Policy

At NorthFresh Coffee Roasters, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your coffee purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy:

 

Eligibility:

 

You can return coffee products that don't meet your expectations within 30 days of purchase.

 

Return Options:

 

1. In-Store Return:

   Visit one of our retail locations with the coffee product(s) in their original packaging and your purchase receipt. Our staff will assist you in processing the return.

 

2. Mail-In Return:

Contact us at northfreshcoffee@gmail.com to request a return of product that doesn’t meet your expectations. We'll email you a prepaid shipping label. Pack the product, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest postal service.

 

Refund or Exchange:

 

Upon receiving and verifying the returned product, we'll provide a refund or exchange it for a different NorthFresh Coffee Roasters product. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

 

Note:

 

- Only slightly used coffee products can be returned.

- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

- For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
